    The Role

    Due to exciting business growth, we have newly created Clinical Coding and Auditing opportunities for motivated individuals to join our experienced team.

    Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, our Clinical Coder / Auditors are responsible for proving timely and accurate coding and auditing services to our clients, including the coding and auditing of diagnosis and procedures of hospital episodes.

    These roles will be predominantly working remote and some travel if you would like to.

    Some key deliverables of this role include:

    • Accurate and timely assignment of Health Intervention Codes
    • Provision of audit outcome feedback
    • Provision of coding and auditing documentation queries
    • Preparation of audit reporting

     

    What does the Successful Candidate Looks Like?

    Being the passionate and experienced coder that you are, you will be content to work as both part of a team and independently using various forms of medical records.

    You are an effective communicator with the ability to provide feedback to and connect with individuals at all levels.

    You pride yourself on accuracy and are willing to share your knowledge with others, just as you are open to leveraging others knowledge to learn from.

    You will bring a positive, can-do attitude with an appetite to work hard but know how to have fun at work whilst achieving great things, with at least 5 years’ coding experience and 3 years auditing experience.

    Desirable experience

    • Clinical Coder education
    • Previous use of CDI Programs

    We are also interested in hiring 5+ years experienced Coders, with no auditing experience.
