    About the role

    We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Coder/Health Information Manager to join our team.   Reporting to the Health Information Services Manager, the role will be responsible for timely and accurate clinical coding and related data for The Bays Hospital in accordance with all relevant legislation and standards.

    We are looking for a motivated individual with relevant qualifications and experience who is committed to continuing professional development and learning.

    This is a permanent part-time role of 64 hours per fortnight and we can offer flexibility with hours/days.  The role is based onsite at The Bays Hospital on Main Street, Mornington.

    About you

    We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

    • A recognised Clinical Coding/Health Information Manager qualification
    • Recent relevant experience within a similar role with varied casemix
    • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
