Our coding team is a vibrant, fast-paced and career enhancing space that fosters growth and development and a sense of fun and inclusiveness. The team is a dynamic one, where you will have an opportunity to work closely with Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists who have extensive clinical experience, and you will be involved in education of clinical coding specialists (6 full time equivalent) and will be fully supported to do this work with well-developed internal processes and procedures, with leadership mentoring for you should you wish.
We have an in-house coding audit workflow system (HITTS app) to assist you to manage your auditing workload and tracking of data, we also are lucky enough to have external training companies speak with us one a month offering clinical coding webinars, so you are always ahead of the game in our field of work.
