ABOUT THE ROLE:
Summary of the role:
We are looking for a motivated Project Lead to implement and lead improvement projects in Corporate Records and Health Information Services across Mercy Health Services.
The primary function of this role is to review current policies and practices for document management and storage. The successful candidate will act as a key change lead within the Corporate Governance and Strategic Projects team and will assist in recommending and implementing new systems and processes for document management.
- Full Time Fixed Term for 18 months
- This role will be key to assisting and driving the change management, training and communication for improvement projects
- The position can be based at either our Heidelberg or Werribee site.
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join the team.
You’ll have excellent communication and project management skills and will have previously demonstrated the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You will also need to have;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in projects management in a hospital setting
- Experiencing working in a Public Hospital setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated and ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
