    We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to join the Western Health Records Services team.  This senior role within the team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Manager with operational activities and departmental projects, ensuring all department functions are performed at a high standard, key performance indicators are achieved, thereby supporting the provision of safe and best patient care at Western Health is achieved.
    This is an exciting opportunity to join a large dynamic team that functions across all Western Health sites, Footscray, Sunshine, Williamstown Hospital along with Bacchus Marsh Hospital and Melton Health and Community Services offering Medical and Corporate records services to the organisation.
    We are seeking someone with management experience, specifically in a complex healthcare or other relevant organisation. To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong technical skills including and well developed knowledge of computer systems associated with hospital environments (patient administration systems, both digital and electronic medical record systems).
