To help you thrive in this role, you will be supported with a comprehensive orientation to the service, hospital, and district. You will have access to a range of leadership and management training opportunities as well as our online Managers Help Centre. In addition, you will have monthly accountability meetings with your manager to ensure you are feeling confident in the role and are receiving the support you need.
