    About the role

    A key role within the management team, this role is responsible for the management of day to day operations of the Release of Information and Freedom of Information teams, ensuring that information is released lawfully and efficiently.  There is a strong focus on privacy of health information and the opportunity to deliver service improvement in a digitised environment.

    About you 

    To be successful in this role you will possess- Key selection criteria include:

    • Experience with information release and the application of privacy principles
    • sound knowledge of the FOI Act, Privacy Act and Health Records Act
    • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Experience managing a small team
    • The ability to design and implement efficient technical workflows
    • Health Information Management qualifications (highly desirable)
